Made to showcase the King of Grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is crafted from grapes grown in the best parts of the Unison vineyard and with the lowest number of grapes per vine. 
2019 was the perfect mid-summer heat that Cabernet needs. 
Bold, fragrant aromatics of sweet blackcurrants, crushed dried herbs, layered with tobacco, cedar and cinnamon bark. On the palate there are sustained flavours of cassis, dark berries, spice, cocoa and graphite. Well knit, lacy tannins dance on the finish that will soften further with careful cellaring.
