Single vineyard, small production.
The grapes were so spectacular they had to showcase them in this bespoke bottling of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Handpicked and fermented in small open topped vats to make the best of the fruit. This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon with a fine back bone of tannins supported with opulent fruit.
