Domaine Rewa Riesling 2019
Hand-picked grapes were whole-bunch pressed and left to undergo spontaneous fermentation in a stainless steel tank. Medium-dry Riesling with lime, white Flowers and a suggestion of oyster shell. There’s a perfect blend of sweetness with fruity acidity which gives the wine tension. Deliciously accessible now, but no rush
