Bright, medium straw-yellow with onion skin hue, even colour throughout. It has a rich bouquet. Medium-bodied, dry to taste. The fruit is elegant and fresh with excellent brightness and energy. This partially skin-fermented Pinot Gris possesses expressive, bright fruit and spice with a savoury, textural layer of complexity.

Fruit from their home block, fermented and aged in 50% mixed-age oak barrels and two clay amphora. Spontaneous fermentation and malolactic fermentation, extended yeast lees contact of 6 months, the barrel portion was stirred weekly. One amphora was filled with whole berries and left on skins for 6 months.
