Skin fermented Petit Manseng is a centuries old technique where the skins are left in contact with the juice creating a light orange colour.
It features aromas of oranges & mandarins, roasted nuts and caramel. The palate is dry to taste and full bodied, ripe citrus fruit with a fresh acidity.
