A Methode made from Barbera grapes with distinct red-berry notes and an explosive fine mousse. A truly ‘hand-made’ wine – hand-picked grapes, hand-bottled, hand-riddled, hand-disgorged and hand-labelled. This wine has had 3 years on yeast lees.
