This wine is a blend of multiple co-ferments taken from fruit picked throughout the 2021 Harvest. While bunch pressing directly to oak and acacia barriques and puncheons and and elevage of 11 months in contact with the lees has gifted an exqusitely taut and complex expression of 144 Home Block Vineyard.
